When will I receive my product?

NOTE: We're currently working through some delays due to supply chain issues, so at the moment shipping queue times range from 10-12 weeks. Again, this is something we're working diligently to reduce, so it's entirely possible that you'll receive your order sooner than anticipated, though not guaranteed.

During this time, we want to express that we truly appreciate your understanding. We are a small, mostly local business, so it's tough to grapple with large issues such as these. We're very grateful for our patient and loyal customers such as you, without whom we would no longer be in business.

If you would rather not wait out this extended delivery window for your order, that's entirely okay! Please just shoot us an email or fill out the form on our "Contact Us" page with your order # and intention to have your order cancelled/refunded. Our customer service representatives are quite busy at the moment but will respond to your email as soon as possible.

 

When inventory delays are not prevalent, between handling and shipping, your order will usually be delivered in 7-9 business days, which we're always doing our best to expedite. While rare, due to extenuating circumstances shipping can take longer, but most of the time you will receive your product(s) sooner than anticipated.

Sometimes orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately. For these types of orders you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each product with a separate tracking link/number. If you are shopping from Canada, please allow a few extra days to receive your item(s).

 

Why is shipping always 100% free?

This is one of our most frequently asked questions. Well, because we are a rather small, emerging company, we are handling a good deal of the processing and shipping ourselves. Because we do ask that our customers have a little bit more patience in this regard, we want to show you that we appreciate your patience and your business by offering FREE domestic shipping, 24/7! Again, as stated in our response to the previous question, shipping can very in length, still usually taking longer than the average retailer, so the least we can do to compensate you for your time is offer shipping on the house and round-the-clock customer service. We pride ourselves on taking no longer than 24 hours to respond to any given email inquiry!

To our ladies abroad, we offer a flat $8.00 shipping fee regardless of order value or location. This will be listed as "International Shipping" during the checkout process.

 

Where are you based and where will my order ship from?

We are a US-based company with supplier relations overseas so we can bring you clothing and accessories that are both fashionable AND affordable. Most of our clothing will ship directly to you from abroad, though. Despite being located in the States (Olathe, KS), we do not make all of our shipments from here. We try to maintain local inventory but to meet high demands, we often have to have our suppliers import our products from abroad. We take pride in the quality of our products, though, and do stand by the notion that you will be getting what you pay for. We work with various suppliers located internationally to be able to provide our customers with the cheapest, most affordable prices in the industry! All we ask in return is for a little patience from your end.

 

How are your items sized?

Because some of our products are imported, there may be slight variations between U.S. standard sizing and the sizing standard used abroad. When a sizing chart is included, please base your order off that sizing chart. Otherwise, all products should be scaled to U.S. standard sizing. We do not have a universal sizing chart but products otherwise unspecified do run true to size. When ordering our products, please note that they run true to OUR sizing charts, not true to size in terms of what you're probably used to. Some of our charts will match the U.S. standard, but some will likely run small. Please pay attention to the measurements! Please let us know if you have any questions regarding sizing as well.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, fulfilled, and shipped, you will receive an additional email containing a tracking number specific to your product. Again, if multiple items are ordered, they may be shipped separately. After you have received a tracking number(s), you may track your shipment using our tracking page. If you are concerned that your package is not coming, do not worry! Your items are on their way. Again, our average shipping duration is TWO WEEKS but we do not guarantee this timeframe and actual shipping can vary. As long as your package is still in the system and does not reflect as "cancelled," your package(s) will eventually arrive.

Can I wash the clothing in a washer/dryer?

Most of our clothing is machine washable. Be sure to wash on a gentle cycle in cold water. We recommend hanging these items up to dry as opposed to using a machine. If you have any questions pertaining to specific items, please reach out and let us know. We're happy to help with washing instructions and/or information pertaining to material composition. We'll respond as quickly as possible!

 

Is there anything I need to know about gift cards?

Any e-gift card purchased for use at Wrenley & Brynn does not expire unless the e-gift card was purchased at a discount during a site-wide promotion (i.e. a $25 gift card purchased for $24, a $50 gift card purchased for $45, etc.). Gift cards purchased at a discount expire after 30 days from the date and time on which the e-gift card was purchased.
