Returns & Exchanges

At Wrenley & Brynn, we appreciate you and your business.

For this reason, we want you to be completely satisfied. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help explore options.

 

NOTE: We're currently working through some delays due to supply chain issues, so at the moment shipping queue times range from 4-8 weeks. Again, this is something we're working diligently to reduce, so it's entirely possible that you'll receive your order sooner than anticipated, though not guaranteed.

During this time, we want to express that we truly appreciate your understanding. We are a small, mostly local business, so it's tough to grapple with large issues such as these. We're very grateful for our patient and loyal customers such as you, without whom we would no longer be in business.

If you would rather not wait out this extended delivery window for your order, that's entirely okay! Please just shoot us an email or fill out the form on our "Contact Us" page with your order # and intention to have your order cancelled/refunded. Our customer service representatives are quite busy at the moment but will respond to your email as soon as possible.

 

Returns

We allow you to take some time to determine whether or not you are satisfied with your product(s). You'll have 30 calendar days from your order date to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item(s) must also be in the original packaging, and must have either the original receipt, if included, or the order # listed somewhere on the package. If you have been issued a RA#, please also write this down. We will gladly issue refunds for defective items, items that arrive in a condition other than what was described. We will also issue refunds, if, for any reason, your product(s) does not arrive at your shipping address.

Refunds

Once we have received your item, we will send you a notification. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund once the item(s) has been inspected. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment). You will receive your refund within the designated period of time as determined by your card issuer's policy. Lastly, we cannot refund your order if it is currently in transit to your location. We have no way of ensuring that the products will be returned once received on your end, so we do not issue refunds in advance.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning your unwanted item(s), if you do wish to make a return. Please know this prior to placing your order, as we will not make any exceptions. Additionally, orders that have been dispatched and are currently in transit to you cannot be cancelled. We have no way of recalling packages once in possession of a shipping courier. We're happy to assist with return requests after successful delivery.

 

Notes

Any items purchased using a discount code are final. There will be no exchanges, no returns, and no store credit. If you choose not to use a discount code, you can purchase items at the price listed on our website (includes sales prices), which will be subject to our standard 30-day return policy.

If you've made a purchase using a promo code but wish to still be eligible for a return, you have until your order ships to reach out to have a team member manually remove the promo code. We cannot adjust the price of past (discounted) orders to sales prices to make any exceptions to this policy.
